I'm a trained Naturopath with a passion for guiding women through life’s natural transitions—especially the journey of perimenopause and menopause. I believe these stages can be a time of empowerment, self-discovery, and vibrant health when approached with care and understanding.

My approach is deeply rooted in holistic traditions, blending naturopathy, Eastern medicine, NLP, Reiki, and mindfulness. As someone born in Japan, I'm inspired by the concept of Ikigai—a Japanese word that reflects the idea of finding purpose and joy in everyday life. This philosophy guides my work, reminding me that true healing happens when we align with what gives our lives meaning.

Whether it's nurturing the body, calming the mind, or embracing mindful rituals like the Japanese tea ceremony and Aikido, I guide others to reconnect with their inner balance and joy.

But my work goes beyond hormones. I welcome anyone seeking to restore balance, nurture their body, and embrace natural healing. Whether you're looking to ease stress, improve digestion, support skin health, or simply feel more grounded, my focus is always on guiding you back to yourself.

Like many, I once struggled with burnout—prioritizing others and ignoring my own needs until my health called me to pause. This experience shaped my belief that self-care is not a luxury but a necessity. As the saying goes, “In an emergency, we must put on our own oxygen mask first.” This simple truth guides my work today.

I am passionate about helping those who have lost sight of themselves through constantly pleasing others. My goal is to guide them towards happiness, purpose, and resilience. By focusing on themselves, individuals can restore balance, increase resilience, and improve their overall health and longevity.

Increasing resilience can help decrease fear and better prepare individuals to tackle challenges and obstacles in their lives. Remember, taking care of oneself is not selfish but rather essential in order to effectively help and positively influence others.

Giving Back

As an Active Living Program Officer with the Cairns Regional Council, I facilitate weekly Chair Yoga sessions to support the well-being of our community. This program encourages gentle movement, flexibility, and connection—especially for those who may find traditional yoga challenging.

It’s deeply fulfilling to witness how small, mindful movements can bring joy, ease, and a sense of purpose to participants. This aligns with the Japanese philosophy of Ikigai—finding meaning and happiness in everyday moments. I am passionate about creating spaces where people feel supported in their health journey, and I look forward to continuing this meaningful work.

I love starting the day with a slow, mindful morning—taking Sachi for a little adventure. Visiting the local market to gather fresh produce and herbal inspirations is a joy, followed by a cozy coffee at a local café. In the afternoon, I might craft natural remedies, go for a forest walk, or simply enjoy quiet time with my partner. We like to cook a nourishing dinner together, and afterward, Princess snuggles up with us while we unwind with our favorite movie.
