Welcome!
I am a trained naturopath, who enjoys drinking matcha green tea, practising Aikido, and studying Tibetan medicine.
I’m passionate about assisting individuals who are experiencing burnout to regain their happiness and well-being, enabling them to live life to the fullest. This includes engaging in activities that bring them joy and finding purpose in their daily lives.
Do you often find yourself prioritizing the needs of others over your own and experiencing anxiety, palpitations, and sleep disturbances? If so, I can relate. I used to be the same way, constantly striving to make everyone happy and eventually experiencing burnout.
Now, I understand the importance of self-care and self-love in order to effectively help others. As someone once said, "In an emergency, we must put on our own oxygen mask before assisting others." This has stuck with me and I fully understand its meaning.
Taking care of ourselves allows us to have the energy and positivity necessary to support and influence others. By prioritizing our own well-being, we can positively impact those around us.
I am passionate about helping those who have lost sight of themselves through constantly pleasing others. My goal is to guide them towards happiness, purpose, and resilience. By focusing on themselves, individuals can restore balance, increase resilience, and improve their overall health and longevity.
Increasing resilience can help decrease fear and better prepare individuals to tackle challenges and obstacles in their lives. Remember, taking care of oneself is not selfish but rather essential in order to effectively help and positively influence others.
Giving Back
Once a week, I volunteer at a local vocational school to provide a wellness program that promotes healthy eating habits among young indigenous students. Recently, we went on an excursion to the local market to select fresh, healthy produce and used it to create delicious meals. Despite the challenges, I find it fulfilling to connect with young people and learn from them while also offering my support.
I am passionate about connecting with the younger generation and working together to make a positive impact in our community. I am pleased with our progress thus far and excited for what the future holds.

On a perfect Sunday,
I like to start by visiting the local market and enjoying a nice coffee and breakfast at a cafe while reading a good novel. I lose track of time until the afternoon. Later, I cook a healthy dinner with my partner and we either watch a movie together or take a walk on the beach and enjoy a picnic dinner.
